Fish Report

Fish

What is the approximate amount of fish in the ocean? My thoughts are 5 billion, including whales,  sharks, dolphins etc. Due to global warming those numbers are unfortunately dropping, because the corals or something they live in/on are dying.

How do we save fish? My personal solution would be to stop littering and ban the use of plastic bags, make less pollution and use a little bit less electrical stuff.

Will the Pacific garbage patch ever get cleared up? No-one knows if it will ever get cleared up but I’ve thought up an idea to clear it: Get lots of barges with sweepers to clear it.

Why are Fish important? The reason fish are so important is because they keep our oceans and seas alive and blue. Fish also provide food for us and animals to live healthy and happy. A lot of the tie without knowing fish actually interest us eg: David Attenborough shows. Just think if there were no fish you couldn’t go fishing or do other fun experiences like that.

When were fish Discovered? Ostracoderms (shell-skinned) are any of several groups of extinct, primitive, jawless fishes that were covered in an armour of bony plates. They appeared in the Cambrian, about 510 million years ago, and became extinct towards the end of the Devonian, about 377 million years ago.
